How do you put the ‘button’s on top of your pages. Home, About, Family etc.?

I use a free template called Digg 3 Column by Small Potato provided by my wordpress.com account.
I had to switch my blog to a wordpress account to have that feature. It takes a little time but I have found it to give me more options for my page layout.
The Digg-like 3 column theme with two sidebars and a customizable header is one of several options depending on what you want your page to look like. Hope that helps!!
